Dosage:

During this period, patients did not report any serious events or side effects, and the NSI-189 phosphate was found to be well tolerated. Aussi, there was a significant reduction in depression and cognitive symptoms for patients taking the lower doses of 40mg and 80mg, but not for those taking 120mg per day. The preliminary findings of the trials are supportive of the idea that NSI-189 phosphate can treat MDD.
