Abstrait

FMG (Mechano Growth Factor), also known as IGF-1Ec, is a splice variant of the IGF gene which increases stem cell count in the muscle and allows for muscle fibers to fuse and mature. This is a process required for the growth of adult muscle. MGF is produced naturally when muscle fibers are broken down through resistance (weight training). MGF stimulates muscle growth, creates new muscle fibers, promotes muscle recovery, promotes nitrogen retention and increases protein synthesis.

In studies where MGF was administered intramuscularly, there was a 20% increase in the weight of the injected muscle fibers within 2 semaines. In further studies, it took 4 months for IGF to cause a 25% increase in muscle mass. MGF was found to be more potent than IGF-1 in rapid muscle growth. Fat loss and strength increases are not typically seen with MGF’s use (as they are with IGF-1 use).

Effects

HGH carries with it many health and performance benefits, including the elevation of I-GF-1 levels, in turn increasing MGF. Cependant, direct supplementation of MGF is also possible through synthetic products.

Data shows that direct increases of MGF (injections) to have increased muscle fibers by 25% in a mere three weeks, where natural occurring took upwards of four months to produce 15% in rodents.

MGF is highly anabolic and can be a great addition to an off-season gaining phase. Cependant, because the half-life of the product is only a few minutes and because it must be used immediately post training, it can be difficult for some people to use.

For the benefits of injectable MGF to be had, it must be administered within a few minutes of a training session to catch the open window. If the individual were to train, drive home and then inject, he would have wasted the opportunity.

A more suitable option for many MGF users may be PEG-MGF. PEG-MGF is active in the body for several hours, whereas standard MGF only for a few minutes. Further, MGF will only remain active in the area of injection for a few moments.

If you were to train biceps, for best results you would need to inject both biceps immediately post training. With PEG-MGF a single injection along with the hours of activity would allow for it to take a more full effect.

How to reconstitute MGF?

MGF is typically manufactured in 2mg amounts and is reconstituted with sterile water.

• If 2ml (2 full – 1 ml U-100 insulin syringe) of sterile water is added to the vial then each unit of the syringe will equal 10mcg.
• If the syringe is filled up to 10 units (up to the number 10 on the syringe) it will equal 100mcg of MGF.

Dose

Dosing 3 times a week as suggested above, and 1ml of BA water for every 2mg is optimal. Storage in the fridge for up to 6 mois. Avoid exposure to heat or sunlight.
