What is Coluracetam (MKC-231)?

Coloracetam (MKC-231) is a synthetic Racetam drug, which is said to be a clever compound. It does not have a lot of evidence to investigate it, but the mechanism of action (as well as the structure) seems to be very different from other roxatan compounds such as piracetam or alarascan.

It has also been noted that choline acetyl is physically linked to the choline transporter but does not know that it is associated with it.In general, there is not enough evidence to support the use of coluracetam for cognitive enhancement. Further research is needed to understand whether treatment with HACU may be impaired (eg, Alzheimer’s disease).
