Finasteride Descripition:
Proscar (finasteride) is also used in combination with doxazosin for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Finasteride is an oral active testosterone type II 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that inhibits the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
